so, its been a few years since ive been to asgard - the irish pub in cambridge. but it seemed like a good idea to take daniel's vermontian friends there for a drink and some eats.
as can happen, i was absolutely right.
we had good beers (wine for me) and damn fine food. i ate the vegi pasta, which actually has a much more interesting name. db had chili. lukeiamyourfather had ny steak, and his lady friend had tomato mozzarella basil sandwhich.
i realize that none of those foods are particularly irish, but they were damn tasty. the decor, however, is particularly irish. db and i have vowed to go again- and soon.
