i woke, ate a peach, showered, sunscreened, dressed, and headed out for brunch with some of the gang.

afterwards we walked down the street to get a nice spot for the parade - and we did.
usually i dont like Pride. its so commercial feeling, boring, politicized, overly-sexual. but when i got up today i was actually really excited to go. and i really had a great time. the best in several years.
it felt more like a celebration of love and truth than it ever has before. there were so many homos there (straighties too), and there was an air of excitement, joy, and overall gayness.
this is how Pride should feel every year.
