im wondering what might be sadder than being extremely uncomfortably bloated after eating a small bowl of chicken soup, two pickles and a popcicle (3 hours ago).
i think what this means is that if you dont eat a whole lot for a whole week because you're too sick, your stomache will shrink to the size of a walnut and although you are constantly hungry, you will be eternally overfull.
this is not a pleasant feeling.
