im so chilly right now. the sun forgot us today, so we're making due with some soft rain.
on my way to get a sandwich i realized that it smells like lake outside. we are no where near a lake, just the ocean, which smells distinctly different.
lake has that earthy, damp smell. and i think it has to be in a certain temperature range to get it just right. upper 60s i think, which it is.
it reminds me of home. we have a lot of lakes back home. yep, downtown definately smells like lake today.
