most days have been boring as hell. but today?
around 9am i went with db to MIT to catch his ride back to camp, then decided to walk part way home.
i enjoyed the smooted bridge, stopped at dunkin' donuts for a coffee and 2 cookies, then stopped at economy hardware for some homegoods. i love economy and miss having it so damn nearby.
i succeeded in buying a brand new shiney mop which will soon be grimey and gross with dirt and dog hair. yes, even after i sweep first. but i was thinking ahead and bought an extra mop sponge replacement. :)
next i grabbed a chicken caesar wrap at au bon pain and grabbed the 39 home.
is this starting to sound like a really long advertizement for boston's local businesses? if not, read on.
after preparing for work, i did some emailing about various furniture pieces on craigslist, then headed to harvest co-op where for a mere $20 i became a member. YAY! it was surprisingly easier than getting a prefered customer card at the drug store chains.
after work i came home to do email and fully intend to accompish several more tasks before bed. including: sweeping and mopping the house, washing dishes, organizing cupboards, balancing my checkbook, signing up for fun classes this fall, and more emailing.
today is good.
