the thing about living with a cat... a new cat... a cat that is new to you... is that you get to find out all of the strange quirks and oddities about the cat.
for example, i was filing my nails this morning when magoo, noticed, became entranced by the emory board.
she stared, hypnotized by the noise or the object, i cant be sure. soon she could no longer hold herself back and she jumped onto the couch, sticking her nose to the emory board. sniffing couriously, trying to make heads or tails of it.
she was like a crazed lunatic, ready to take me down. that emory board was hers, she would have it at all costs. alas, i put it away and she prompty went about her morning as if nothing happened. it was a miracle she didnt shove me to the ground and swipe it from my hand.
